Village trekking
A seven hour trek, starting at 9 am, through the heart of remote villages around Periyar Tiger Reserve. The trek gives a rare opportunity to experience village life, coffee and spice plantations, and the scenic landscapes in Periyar.
Recommended for persons who are in good health, and have walking experience. We provide two experienced guides, refreshments, mineral water, lunch and transport back to your hotel/homestay after the trek.
