Activities in Periyar
The activities on offer in Periyar vary from low intensity boating and spice plantation visits to the more demanding Tiger Trail. Discover Periyar can arrange these activities for you at the same price you would be paying if you were arranging them independently. The prices listed are, for activities in Periyar Tiger Reserve, set by the Forest Department and may be changed without notice. The entrance fee, which has to be paid in addition to the cost of activities in the reserve, is Rs. 300 for foreign nationals and Rs. 25 for Indian nationals. If you book any of the Forest Department activities through Discover Periyar we will notify you as soon as we are aware of any price changes. Discover Periyar will take care of booking your activities, collecting any tickets and arrange your transport to and from the starting points.
